These Terms of Service govern your use of 253 Systems services and website. By using our services you agree to these terms.

Services

253 Systems provides AI-powered customer support setup and maintenance for small businesses. This includes configuring an AI assistant trained on your business information and embedding it on your website.

Payment

Setup fees are due upon project completion. Monthly maintenance fees are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel monthly service at any time with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information used to train your AI assistant. You agree not to use the AI assistant to mislead customers or make false claims. You are responsible for keeping your business information current by notifying us of any changes.

AI limitations

Our AI assistant is designed to answer common customer questions based on information you provide. It may occasionally produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. We recommend monitoring conversations periodically and notifying us of any corrections needed.

Intellectual property

The business information and content you provide remains yours. The underlying AI technology is owned by Anthropic. Website code and configuration created by 253 Systems for your project is yours upon full payment.

Limitation of liability

253 Systems is not liable for lost revenue, missed customers, or business losses resulting from AI assistant errors or service downtime. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the most recent 30 day period.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination you retain your website code and business content. We will assist with a reasonable transition period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
